| Description: |
The main track is 1.3 miles long,
and is hard pack and sand mixture. In addition the facility has a separate
clay track for 50cc motorcycles, and a new all clay supercross track which
is patterned after the Atlanta Supercross track. All tracks are fully
lighted for night racing. The facility has air conditioned restrooms,
outside shower, bike wash, numerous grandstands, all grass pits, but no
shade trees, and an excellent food concession. |

Only open for practice on Wednesday's
preceeding a scheduled race. Call for schedules. |

Races are held on a regular basis.

| Directions: |
Sun State Raceway is located on
the south side of Hwy 64 between Avon Park and Bradenton. If you are coming
from the west or north, take I-75 to Hwy 64. Go East 32 miles on Hwy 64.
If you are coming from the east, or southeast, take Hwy 27 to Avon
Park. Go west 36 miles on Hwy 64. |
